    Key Messages vs Key Principles

    Key messages are specific points that you want to communicate to your audience. They are usually short, concise, and easy to remember. Key messages are often used in marketing, advertising, and public relations to convey a company's brand or to promote a particular product or service.

     

    Key principles are more fundamental ideas that underpin a communication strategy or program. They are often broader and more abstract than key messages, but they provide a framework for making decisions about what to communicate and how to communicate it. For example, a key principle of effective communication might be to be clear, concise, and consistent.

    • Main wish is that people connect to source and feel supported by source.
    • Mystery and wisdom of the Moon and to shine from the Sun. (Connecting to the innate, devine wisdom. For men and women to connect to the moon within them.)
    • Oneness equally recognises the devine feminine and devine masculine within us. (Women and men are becoming more ego masculine.)
    • Golden egg concepts. We are the mini-version. (How people describe the egg is how they describe themselves. It's the shadow and the walls that are a reflection of their ego, the stress the egg is carrying.) The fingerprint that goes to every cell in the body.
    • Subconsicous stress - same thought patterns as our ancestors.

  • Five Year Plan

    Goal: to spread hope and the message of inner healing to people around the world within 5 years

    Year 1 - Laying the Foundation

    1. Refine and Clarify Message: In the first year, Siobhán should focus on honing her message and the key principles of her approach. She needs to articulate the broader applicability of her body intelligence concept to different health issues.
    2. Develop a Clear Path: Create a clear, step-by-step pathway for how her program can be applied to various health concerns, starting with fertility and expanding to women's issues.
    3. Online Course for Fertility: Launch a comprehensive online course specifically tailored to fertility patients, showcasing her expertise in this area.
    4. Content Creation: Begin creating content that introduces the concept of body intelligence and its relevance to women's health. Start a blog or YouTube channel and share regular content.
    5. Build a Team: As Siobhán can sometimes be disorganized and struggles with focus, it's essential to build a support team. Hire assistants, content creators, and a project manager if needed.

    Year 2 - Women's Health

    1. Online Course for Women's Health: Develop and launch an online course focused on women's health, expanding on the principles of body intelligence and healing.
    2. Expand Online Community: Foster an online community specifically for women's health where participants can share experiences and support each other.
    3. Focus on Book Writing: Start working on a book that addresses the connection between body intelligence and women's health issues. Seek assistance from a ghostwriter or editor to maintain focus.

    Year 3 - Autoimmune & General Health

    1. Online Course for Autoimmune Health: Develop and launch an online course targeting autoimmune issues. This will further broaden her reach into the general health arena.
    2. Guest Blogging and Podcast Appearances: Collaborate with influential health bloggers and podcast hosts to discuss the application of body intelligence to various health concerns. This can help overcome challenges of overwhelming information.
    3. Expand Book Writing: Continue working on the book, emphasizing its relevance to autoimmune health and general health practices. Seek publishing opportunities or self-publish.
    4. Project Management: Hire or delegate a project manager to keep the expansion efforts organized and on track.

    Year 4 - General Oneness Programme

    1. Launch General Health Program: Develop and launch a comprehensive program that applies her Oneness concept to general health and healing.
    2. TED Talks and Media Appearances: Focus on securing TED talks and media appearances to reach a wider audience and solidify her position as an expert in holistic healing.
    3. Content Consolidation: Review and consolidate all the content created over the years into a structured library that simplifies access for her audience.
    4. Global Online Presence: By this year, she should have a strong global online presence with a well-organized website offering courses, a published book, engaging content, and a thriving community.
